“Woe
to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! … it will be more bearable for
Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, will
you be lifted to the heavens? No, you will go down to Hades” (Luke 10:13-15).
What
is Christ saying to us as we read His strong words of judgment? He’s
calling us to change direction. Stop walking on “the broad road that
leads to destruction.” Start walking on “the narrow road that leads to
life” (Matthew 7:13-14). Stop walking away from Christ. Start walking with Him.
