In Jeremiah 18:5-6, we read about the potter and the clay - "The Lord spoke his word to me. The Lord asked, 6 “Nation
of Israel, can’t I do with you as this potter does with clay? Nation of
Israel, you are like the clay in the potter’s hands."
When
we read these words, let's pray, "Spirit of the living God, fall afresh
on me. Break me, melt me, mould me, fill me." Let's pray that the
Spirit of the Lord will give us the strength that we need to respond toGod's call to return to him and live for him - "Turn from your evil ways, change your lives, and do good" (Jeremiah 18:11).
