What wonderful words about Jesus, our Saviour! He is God's beloved Son. He reveals God's love to us. What a great Saviour Jesus! - This is the great message that comes to us from Jesus' baptism. Jesus is more than a great man. His greatness is more than human greatness. His greatness comes from heaven. Jesus comes from heaven - "He came down wo earth from heaven, who is God and Lord of all" (from the hymn, "Once in royal David's city").
