“They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light” (Revelation 22:5).
No fear of a power cut! This is brighter than the Eurovision Song Contest! "The
Lord is my light and my salvation — whom shall I fear? The Lord is the
stronghold of my life — of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).
The
"light" that brightens up our life is the light of God's "salvation."
It's the Saviour who brings us out of darkness. He brings us into His
light. This light gives us strength. God's salvation is more than
forgiveness for the past. It is strength for every day.
